As moms, it’s as if there is this unwritten rule that we have to do it all (for everyone). The more you do the better you feel, or at least think you will feel and others will know you are a good mom. Right? No. Letting others influence your days is a recipe for disaster and overwhelm. Spoiler alert: I already know you are a fantastic mom!
But, in reality, we decide how to spend our days, what makes us happy, and who/what we let into our day-to-day lives. When you don’t choose how to spend your time, the result is feeling stressed, tired, and left feeling unproductive at the end of the day. What if there was another way? A way to get it done (or not) and feel happy and accomplished at the end of your day.
In this episode, you will learn the 3 ways to conquer your overwhelm and become calmer to enjoy your life to its fullest. Doesn’t that sound great?
