WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

5 Homework Tips to Help Your Dyslexic Child with Homework

  1. Get the homework space ready.
  2. Review the homework and decide how much help to provide.
  3. Let your child decide where to start.
  4. Take a break and get moving.
  5. Decide when it’s time to be done.

The most important thing to remember is that your relationship with your child is the most important, so don’t sacrifice your relationship just to complete the math homework. You know your child best. Be sure to follow your intuition with homework. You got this!
